POLICY FOR NEW CLIENTS AS OF 01-01-2017
TO RECEIVE SERVICE, ON THE FIRST VISIT YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS
All adults (18 & older) must be present at application intake unless they work!
- Current GA Picture ID(s) for everyone in the household age 18 & older
- Proof of INCOME for everyone in the household - last 4 consecutive weeks – all documents must be CURRENT

Social Security Income Award Letters
SSI & Disability Income Award Letters
Veteran's Benefits Award Letters
Retirement Benefits
Unemployment Award Letters
Food Stamps Award Letters
Child Support (Proof you are receiving)
Section 8 Award letter
- Proof of Residence - GA ID, Utility Bill in Your Name, Lease
